Alcohol and Tobacco Retailer Training

Lee’s Summit CARES Provides Resources and Training for Businesses Who Sell Alcohol and Tobacco.

To help reduce underage substance abuse we partner with the Lee’s Summit Police Department to connect local retailers with training that keeps employees and front-line workers informed. The Alcohol and Tobacco Retailer Training program is designed for Lee’s Summit merchants and will guide your employees on how to properly sell and serve alcohol and tobacco products according to local and state laws. The session lasts 90 minutes, and a certificate of completion is provided at the end.
Bars, restaurants, cafes, liquor stores, grocery stores, and convenience stores play a crucial role in preventing youth access to alcohol and Tobacco products
